Service after the sale is important to me and Stones proved that THAT is what they are all about. This past weekend we were camping at Riverside in Antigonish. It torentally rained on Saturday, and I noticed that there was water coming down the wall on the dinette slide. I called Stones immediately and I was told that Alan was busy and that he would call me within 5 minutes. About 3 minutes later there was a knock on the door, I answered it and to my surprise it was Jonathan Stone and Kurt MacKay, and they asked "does someone have a leak?" I was shocked speachless......I thought to myself.....THESE GUYS ARE GOOD!!!
When I called Stones, I told the secretary what was happening and she relayed the message to Alan and he in turn called Jonathan and Kurt whom were camping at the track as well and they came right up. They came in and took a look at our water problem. They got on the roof in a downpoor and checked everything to find out what the problem was. They discovered that our window wasn't leaking it was a seal on the slide. They removed the window dressings so they wouldn't be water satined or damaged and they said that as soon as the rain let up they would be back to fix the seal. They said that if we had any other issues that they were just down the hill and not to hesitate to go see them. Unfortunately the rain didn't let up but they told us to raise the trailer just a bit in the front so the water wouldn't pool and this worked. The next day we went to see them and thanked them for all that they had done and for their promptness. They said to drop the trailer off at Stones and they would gladly fix it along with any other issues we might have, and just to leave a list and they would do whatever we needed done.
We dropped the trailer off Sunday night and Monday morning it was being worked on and I asked if it could be ready by the following Saturday and they said they would put a rush on it.
This is what I call Serice After The Sale!
Thank you Stones, for everything. We know we made the right decision and we will continue to purschase from Stones in the future. We couldn't ask for any better service.
