A Signature Series home is custom designed and built just for you. Prestige Homes is an accomplished custom builder with extensive experience in building one-of-a-kind homes. Whether working from your plans or creating a unique new design, we will bring your ideas to life and help you to get the greatest value for your money. Every Signature home combines outstanding design with our advanced construction technology, high-quality building components and professional workmanship to give you superior comfort and enjoyment.
How does it work?
Every Signature home begins on the drawing board.
- The starting point may be an existing Prestige model. You may like a particular home, but want extensive modifications to suit your lifestyle. Or you may select the best layouts and features from several Prestige models, combining them into a unique custom design.
- On the other hand, you may already have a plan for your home. If so, we will work with you to determine how to take full advantage of the Prestige building system. We'll also go through all the design and construction details of the home and suggest any improvements or alternative options that suit your needs.
- Or we may begin from scratch, with your ideas and visions. Some clients bring in scrapbooks of cut-outs from magazines, photographs, lists of must-haves and nice-to-haves and their own sketches. Your Prestige builder and designers can take it from there.
In all cases, our professional Housing Consultants will spend lots of time working with you to develop your design. A well-designed custom home should function perfectly for you and your family - the key is to get the details right. This means looking at your lifestyle. What is the household routine in the morning, daytime and evening? The preferred balance between private and common spaces? Individual and group activities to be accommodated? And so on.
A Signature home is a unique opportunity to design a home that truly reflects how you live. At the end of the design process, you will have a full set of working drawings, ready for construction by Prestige Homes. And keep in mind that the plans for your Signature home belong to you, and to you only. That's what we mean by unique design.
Features and Finishes
With a Signature home, the sky's the limit. There are no standard packages, only a vast selection of features and finishes from our "partners in excellence"-high-quality, brand-name products by well-known manufacturers. We'll also bring in specialty products, if available within the construction schedule.
On Time, On Budget
Construction of a Signature home begins only when the plans are completed, the selection of features and finishes is done, and the final budget has been set. Nothing is left is up in the air or to chance - you know when your home will be ready for delivery and how much it will cost.

When you build with Stone's Prestige Homes, "standard" means that your home comes complete with a whole range of high-quality features. They are standard with every Signature home - you don't have to pay extra to get those features that add so much to the look, comfort and safety of your home.

- White colonial MDF casings (2 1/2") and base trim (3 7/8")

- Vinyl flooring in kitchen, breakfast areas, baths and entries
