Our Homes are backed by the Atlantic New Home Warranty Program, a 7 Year Structural Warranty, plus extended product warranties by brand-name manufacturers that supply products used in your home. Your new home is enrolled in an extended warranty program that provides major structural defect coverage for years two through ten of your home ownership. When you build with Stone's Prestige Homes you also receive a Home Owner's Manual designed to answer many questions and prepare you for your new home experience. In addition to guiding you through the process of how your home is built, this manual will also provide you with a description of our warranty program component by component, our performance standards and maintenance guidelines.

When we decided to build, we were most worried about the hectic lives we both lead and having enough time to supervise the process of our new home. The staff at Stone's Prestige Homes made the process of building our dream home easy and a lot less stressful. The staff were courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and great to deal with. We were always kept up to date on the process of our new home and we had no worries about chasing down contractors and making sure our home was on time. Our decision to purchase a Prestige Home was the easiest and most worry-free experience ever. Danielle and the Prestige Home team were professional and extremely helpful guiding us through the process. Although there were a number of decisions involved, Danielle took the time to sit down with us and go through each step carefully. We moved into our new Prestige Home in August 2005. We love the open concept between our kitchen and living room that has allowed us to entertain family and friends with room to spare. The Woodbridge including the garage provides all the space that we need for guests and ourselves. The Staff at Stone's Prestige Homes handled any small adjustments that occurred in a timely and efficient manner.
Since purchasing our new home, we added electrical Thermal Storage Units upstairs and downstairs resulting in significant savings and a nice consistent heat in our house. We insulated and dry-walled our basement along with the insulation of a sub floor and are in the process of installing laminate flooring in our basement along with painting the walls. After seeding our back lawn and building our new deck, we look forward to further landscaping and expanding our gardens in the spring. Taking pride in or new home will only provide further enjoyment for our family in the future.

Since the first time that we walked into Stone's Prestige Home Center, the staff was very friendly, informative and knowledgeable. We decided to acquire the services of Stone's Prestige Homes for a number of reasons. First and foremost, they allowed us to take a Prestige home plan and customize it to meet our needs. They took the time to answer all of our questions and we found the service and sale support was exceptional. They also advised us on the right property to purchase for the style of our home. Stone's obtained the necessary permits and contractors. They were responsible for the site planning, the foundation, the delivery of the house and completing of the interior of the house. We were well informed on the cost and there were no added or hidden cost at a later date. We liked the fact that the homes are constructed in a climate-controlled environment. The homes are well insulated with good quality windows and doors and it comes with a 7-year warranty. This was a good choice for us as we had no previous experience in the planning or construction of a home. We needed someone who is trustworthy and has the knowledge and skill to get the job done right. Our experience was a great one and we would not hesitate to go this route again. We would truly recommend Stone's Prestige Home Center to anyone who may have thoughts of buying or building a new home.

The Nauglers' Home Experience

Whether you are building or buying a home it tends to be a stressful event. As with any major purchase, we did what every consumer does-we looked at the options. First we tried to look for a house that was on the market but that turned out to be a disaster. We were looking for a particular floor layout that isn't common in older homes and every house we looked at had work that needed to be done.
After this trying experience, we decided the best thing we could do is to build a new home. We got prices from all the subcontractors to build our home and compared it to a general contractor that would look after the job entirely and also compared it to the Prestige Homes. As it turned out, the price was substantially lower to go with the Victoria Prestige Home. In addition, the house would be ready much sooner than having it built on our lot from scratch. We had a family member check out one of the model homes that we were looking at purchasing and he determined that the house was well constructed and they took pride in the quality. This meant a lot coming from someone in the construction field that by trade is a carpenter. At this point, we made our decision, which we knew was the correct one.
In closing, we would like to say, Stones Prestige Homes made buying our home fun and with a new baby on the way, it took a lot of the stress off us. Stones listened to our plans and aspirations and we all worked together to get the homes of our dreams. The whole process was done professionally and before long, we were in our new home. The sales people and all the subcontractors working on site to finish the house were all courteous and willing to accommodate us.
We definitely appreciated the hard work that everyone put into our home. Many thanks to Stones and Prestige Homes for our beautiful home - one that we can be proud of and raise our new family in. We would definitely recommend the Prestige experience to anyone looking at building a new home.

In December 2005 my wife and I took possession of our Prestige retirement home. We have owned a number of homes in the past, but this was the first time that we had input as to the design and features. With the help of staff we were able to come up with a model that fit both our lifestyle and our pocketbook. After living in the home for 3 months are extremely pleased we chose Stone's Prestige homes to build our home. Yes, we had some minor problems, but all have been addressed quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure dealing with everybody concerned, the sales associates, the carpenters, and particularly Joe DeCoste; all have been extremely efficient and helpful. During our short time in our new home we have shown our home to at least 6 prospective buyers of a Prestige home, most have been friends and acquaintances looking to build a new home. As a new Prestige Home owner, I wanted to take this opportunity to express my complete satisfaction with my purchase from Stone's Prestige Home Center. I had been looking at real estate for approximately two years with no success. With the market belonging to the seller, I could not find anything to suit my wants and needs. I had not seriously considered a new home from Prestige, as I felt it would be too costly until I directly compared the real estate company's prices to new Prestige Homes. I was pleasantly surprised to discover there was no significant difference between purchasing a new or used home. I was able to purchase the new home I wanted. I did not have to settle for something less than perfect and with the added security of knowing everything would be under warranty and maintenance free for numerous years.
It was so easy to deal with the Stone's Prestige Home Center. It took the hassle out of buying or building a house. Any adjustments I wanted made prior to moving in were done to my specifications. For example, the counter top in the kitchen was changed to suit my color scheme and the addition of a linen cabinet was designed and installed by their carpenter. The Home Center has skilled contractors who are at their disposal, which allows for immediate completion of their homes. I did not have the worry of trying to locate and schedule trades people, which was a huge advantage with my busy schedule. The company also provided an opportunity of a final walk through prior to the final sale at which time the house had been fully cleaning and ready for occupancy. Basically all I had to do was unpack! Upon moving in, the Centre also made staff available to do minor adjustments such as adjusting cupboard doors, and the installation of the washer and dryer. It certainly made moving an enjoyable and hassle free experience.
In closing, my lawyer's office also expressed to me how easy it was to work with Stone's. The exchange of information and documentation necessary for completion of their work was forwarded in a timely fashion. As a result, I am settled into my new home in less than 3 weeks from the date of sale. I look forward to the one-year anniversary of my purchase and the scheduled visit from a Prestige Home Representative.
